RENT ON
APARTMENT: If your income exceeds $30,400 (single)
or $34,750 (2- person family), no proof of income will be
necessary, and the maximum rent is $750.00 per month, regardless
of your income. St. John Towers can accept persons of any
income level. If your income is below this amount you may
qualify for one of the assistance programs, as they become
available. If you do qualify, your rent would be approximately
30% of your adjusted income (after deductions). Example: If
your adjusted income is $600 per month, your rent would be
$180 per month. |

NOTE: YOUR
RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF YOUR TELEPHONE. |

FOOD SERVICE
CHARGE: We serve the Noon meal in our dining
room Sunday through Friday. Your meal charge will be in addition
to your rent. The meal program is MANDATORY FOR EVERY RESIDENT;
The charge for the 26 meals per month is $206.00 |

OPTIONAL
OTHER SERVICES: An optional charge of $18.00
covers cablevision and chaplain services. |

DEPOSIT:
There is no entrance fee charged at St. John Towers. However,
an amount equal to what is determined to be your monthly
rental fee will be required as a deposit. This deposit
will be retained until your lease is terminated. At the termination
of your lease, your deposit will be refunded to you, provided
your account is in order and your apartment is in clean and
good condition. |

Rent is due on the first
of the month, and must be paid by the 5th of the month. A
late fee may be assessed as defined in the lease agreement. |

charges may be changed with a 30-day written notice. |
